Ørsted Awards Contract to Correll for Wind Farm Cable Maintenance in UK, USA and Taiwan

SPIE, a leading European multi-technical services provider, has announced that its subsidiary, The Correll Group, has been awarded a multi-year framework agreement by the Ørsted Group, a global leader in offshore wind.

The agreement covers fault finding, diagnostic, and dry repair services for Ørsted’s wind farms in the UK, USA, and Taiwan. Correll will provide services including determining fault locations, failure modes, and diagnostics, as well as repairs to high voltage and fibre optic systems onshore or in dry locations offshore.

This agreement builds on an existing framework agreement covering European locations awarded to Correll in 2021, solidifying their position as a global provider of cable fault-finding and repair services to the Ørsted Group.
